Hello Raiders!

My name is Clark Mitchell and I am the Future Readiness Adviser. I will be entering my 11th year at Sunnyvale High School and I am excited about working with the students at the high school. I will be assisting with college admission applications, scholarship applications and financial aid assistance. If a student is interested in attending a technical / vocational school, I will also be working with these students to make sure they are on the right track. The Future Readiness Center will be a one stop shop to assist students with their future needs. At Sunnyvale High School we are striving to prepare our students to be “Future Ready.” 

I received my undergraduate degree from William Penn University in Wellness & Recreation. I completed my Masters of Education degree from Texas A&M University – Commerce.  I worked at Lovejoy High School during the spring of 2013 as Assistant College and Career Counselor. I previously worked in college admissions from May 2004 to January 2013 at William Penn University, Central Methodist University, Texas A&M University – Commerce & Texas State University – San Marcos.
