Partnering With Sunnyvale ISD
SISD is excited to offer opportunities for local businesses and community members to partner with us, advertise and market their brands in and around the district in a hyper-local way and support local students and educators. There are several ways our district and local businesses can partner. We are thrilled to bring this program to local patrons in an effort to generate revenue that will be reinvested into our classrooms and programs where our Sunnyvale Raiders Rise!

Looking for ways to extend your brand to your local audience? SISD has great opportunities to advertise your business to our district audience including:
- Digital advertising - SISD E-News, website, campus TVs 

- Print advertising - SISD Newsletter (The Sunnyvale Times), SISD brochures and guides, campus flyers

- District Signage - scoreboard and stadium signage, campus marquees, sports complex signage

- District Event Sponsorships - Raider 101, Gold Club luncheons, campus theme nights (example: “SES Stem Night”)

• May choose performances from any campus, including SES or SIS.

• For Act I, Act 2 and Finale - may choose same fine art or may mix any group. Example: Two choir concerts and one band concert or three band concerts, etc.

• Sponsorships cover productions costs associated with performances included but not limited to: licensing fees, production materials, costumes or uniforms, food for students or teachers, advertising and marketing materials, props, lessons, choreographers and other.

• There may be more than one Curtain Call sponsor for each Curtain Call-level event (SHS Senior Night Marching Show, SHS UIL One-Act Play public performance, SHS Christmas Concert)

• There may be an Encore sponsor at each of the Encore-level events - Homecoming marching show, SHS Musical, Daybreak Spring Show 

Special Event Sponsorships
Supporting special events is another way businesses and individuals can contribute to our vibrant community. Opportunities include sponsoring events like Rowdy’s Reunion and Convocation, Homecoming, Teacher Appreciation Week, and the Special Olympics.

Board of Trustees Appreciation Month Sponsor - $500
Supports dinner and tokens of appreciation for our hard-working Board of Trustees

Special Olympics Sponsor - $1,000 -  event signage, social media, E-news, front page of website and video on website and e-news. Sponsorship covers costs associated with mutli-school basketball and track event, hosted by SISD.

Teacher Appreciation Week Sponsor - $500 per campus per sponsor
Supports principals as they recognize teachers for their hard work throughout the school year.

Sponsor an Event - $500 per event - sponsor is showcased in event signage, social media, E-news, website and event night announcements (if any).

Event sponsorships cover incidentals related to the coordination of each event, from student and teacher needs, food, marketing/advertising of event, materials for the events and other needs designated by the principal.

A new sponsorship opportunity invites local businesses and community members to support our new (and some of our traditional) recognition awards. By sponsoring awards like the new RISE  Award, Raiders of the Month, the new, Community Partner of the Year, and Volunteer of the Year Award, sponsors not only contribute to celebrating excellence but also gain prominent visibility across our district.

RISE Award - A quarterly award recognizing an employee at each campus who is:

Enthusiastic about the work he or she does on campus

Paraprofessional of the Year - one per campus

Our campuses and parent groups are always in need of an extra pair of hands. Can you spare an hour or two to help decorate for a holiday party? Can you help stuff envelopes? Are you a graduating senior who needs volunteer hours as part of your graduation plan? Would you like to volunteer for one of our parent groups?

Your company offers unique goods and services that the Sunnyvale community needs to know about. What better way to market it in a hyper-local way than through our Partners in Education Program?

1. Provide your company’s goods or services to our students as they need them. Example:  Do you own a lumber company? Our fifth graders would appreciate lumber donations for their garden box projects in the spring.
   

2. Our students love learning from your real-world experience. Your community service to our students can build your branding presence in The Town of Sunnyvale and SISD! Examples: Mentoring, ELU kick-off presenter, Career Day speaker.

SISD will promote your partner experience through our various channels of communication. SISD is grateful for the support of our parent groups, who devote their time and resources to our students and faculty. Each year, these groups offer many opportunities to become a sponsor for their special events or fundraisers - which all benefit our Raiders! Businesses have the opportunity to market their brands by supporting large events like the annual Sunnyvale Education Foundation Gala or by becoming a stadium sponsor with the Raider Athletic Booster Club or a Homecoming Carnival Sponsor with the Sunnyvale PTA. 

Our parent groups support a wide variety of student activities around campus which are sure to fit your business’ needs from the Agriculture to Fine Arts.
